National STEM Day will be held at the Quincie Douglas Library in Tucson, AZ.

Free to attend!
1:00-2:30-Science learn about animal habitats for K-5th grades.
2:30-4:00 p.m.-Middle & high schoolers learn to build a rover and build with straws & connectors.

Multicultural Educational Programs received a $10,000.00 donation from the UPS Foundation for the 2019-2020 School year. "The donation will be used to restock " STEM in the Box Kits" which will assist in sharing diversity in STEM information and hands on activities.
The Iowa Kits will be housed at "the Drake University STEM Hub" in Des Moines, Iowa and are free to teachers to check out. A new Virtual Reality program will also be available for special programs. Please contact the MEP office at 515-943-7075 to make a appointment for your school or group.
