Multicultural Educational Programs received a $10,000.00 donation from the UPS Foundation for the 2019-2020 School year. "The donation will be used to restock " STEM in the Box Kits" which will assist in sharing diversity in STEM information and hands on activities. The Iowa Kits will be housed at "the Drake University STEM Hub" in Des Moines, Iowa and are free to teachers to check out. A new Virtual Reality program will also be available for special programs.
