The Hands on Health Exhibit

The Hands-on Health Exhibit, designed by the MEP Board President Dr. Paula Mahone, has been engaging children since 2001. The Hands-on Health Exhibit is a rare, wonderful opportunity for middle and high school youth to meet and work with professionals in the field of science and health care. The exhibit is made up of ten to thirteen stations. Youth spend time learning about the human organs, performing surgery with a simulator, learning how the lungs work, operating a pharmacy and many other interesting topics. Halfway through the exhibit, they take a quiz to check their retention and receive prizes.
Great speakers and medical students work in the Hands-on Health Exhibit with medical volunteers. To reserve the exhibit for your function, please email us on the contact page.
